If you do not have the mid fork fittings, you can use the fender mount but that puts your light pretty low.

Or if you do not want a chunk of wood sticking out of the side of your bike, you can buy a Paul Gino light mount. Do a internet search to find it.
You can also use a length of handlebar that some fixie rider has cut short, or the plastic tube in the middle of a roll of receipt paper.
