When it comes to racing, it's not the bike, it's the engine. Thus teams modify the engine (blood-doping).
Fuji has won with Juan Jose Cobo, and the rest don't bother wasting tons of money on an international team. This is one factor with them not being in the mainstream like Trek, Specialized, Cervelo, ect.
