Sorry - don't have photos, but looking at the photos of your bike/rack. I'm almost certain that the rack is too wide and the the loop at the front is too tall for the Co-pilot seat to fit. It's a fine seat and I would probably buy it (got ours for free), but to use it you'd probably have to bite the bullet and replace your nice Riv/Nitto rack with the more pedestrian (but nice enough) Blackburn.

The Yepp racks that the other person mentioned sure look nice.
