I am content with my life. I have a successful military career, been with the same woman since 1985, pulled off an engineering degree and am decent at anything I set my mind on.

In short, at this point in my life, I am in the self actualization part of Maslow's Pyramid so to me:

Cycling accomplishments = fun.
