Fullerton is a predominately Korean area (that google map is in Korean) and the owner is Korean.
They use local vendors too- (clothing sponsor is a local biz in DTLA)
The team is obviously a mix, but I noticed a couple riders are racing in Korea at KOT.

Engine No 11 is pretty cool, they carry some cool merch. They used to have a shop in DTLA but don't know if they still do.
