Sorry to say not much you can do.But its great that you and the wife ride. My wife started last year and we had a good time ,however it affected my ride in that i had to adjust to her speed.The one thing i would do that helped was hard short efforts. This year she is confident on the bike and wants to find other ladies her speed to ride with.Hang in there and as long as its all good go with it.
