Hit the local
TT practice tonight -- its 3rd installment this year, my 1st -- amid winds blowing NNE-NNW 10-15 mph w/25 mph gusts -- the road goes E-W and then reverse. Certainly not my best time but faster than this time last year, despite my continued lack of training.
Within 2 min. of crossing the finish line I had the worst exercise-induced asthma coughing fit I've ever had; no inhaler (doh!) and 20 min. cool-down riding to get my HR under 100 bpm.
Thus training begins...
