Right now as we get ready for the first tour of the season we are testing our ancient tent. it's been good to us, but probably should be replaced. Until i know if everyone is on board for the long haul, the first tour is going to be to my brother's boat. it sits about 3 or 4 miles from the campground we'd usually ride to. Which is about 50 miles from the house. So it is the same trip. From there I'll do one or two trips with each of the kids individually to gage their enthusiasm for camping. We'll do this with either the old tent or the tent i was going to buy for myself. We will make it work! If they are all in so is dad with his debit card. We'll gear up with quality equipment.
