I’m not seeking medical advice. I’m not attempting to self-diagnose. I’m just seeking to know if others have had a similar experience so I can start thinking about what questions I might want to ask when I do seek medical advice.

This morning I awoke to find that when I bend my left knee more than 80 degrees I get a sharp, yet slight, shooting pain right around the front outside of the knee. It’s not deep. Rather it feels like a small little tear is taking place. The knee moves fine, and there is no pain otherwise. This is a new sensation for me. Never felt anything like it before. Not the least bit unbearable, but will mention it to my primary physician when I see him early next week
