anyways

went to the doc and she thinks i have IT band syndrome and patellar tendonitis. she suggested taking some aleve, icing, and stretching while reducing mileage. she gave me a referral for a bike fit, and also one for physical therapy if the first stuff doesn't work.

it's also 68 deg and sunny today in seattle so FUUUUUUUUUUUU.
Most fitments give you measurement numbers, so when you change components you can also adjust the fit. How often do you change your saddle and bars? It's usually a one time thing for me.

Just take it easy. I had some IT Band problems as well. Don't force the riding, it'll just make **** worse. Stretching is huge, and get yourself one of those high density foam rollers.
