Anyway i think a mount is more or less necessary for racing. When racing in pack it is too dangerous to lower the head and eyes to look the edge on the stem.

I put a second one also on the bike on the indoor trainer
+1. I have the FSA computer mount, Barfly and Garmin out front. All work well and are solid. I have used them on my road and mountain bikes and they have not fallen off. Personally I prefer the Garmin out front mount between them all. It holds the Garmin a little tighter and doesn't stick up so high above the handlebars like the BarFly (perhaps the illusion of being a bit more aero). The SRAM is the best price of all models if you're on a budget. You can't go wrong with any of them IMHO.
