It was alwys my understanding that the Flyer was introduced in 1921. I haven't seen too many Flyers from this period but based on my old CCM literature they all appear to have used flat, single plate, fork crowns. This one seems more advanced. Even if it was missing the headbadge, the rivet holes should still be present, on the sides of the head tube and I don't see them. Rear dropouts don't look right for the period either, though it still coud be a Flyer.
