The size S would be the smallest that should be considered with an 86cm cycling inseam and a saddle height that should be about 76cm. A lot of riders would still find the 145mm head tube too short. My saddle height is 73cm and I'd select the XS, but I use a 9-11cm saddle to bar drop.
