Ok I went and did it and ordered a Black Mountain Cycles Road to build up as a roadish allarounder. This is one of the psychological advantages of selling a few C&V bikes. The Rawland looks like a great choice. And corresponding with Sean was a real pleasure. However, I have ridden low trail before and, although it's not bad, I prefer a bit more of a mid trail. And, The BMC is orange and we all know what that means.

An incredibly tempting purchase, for sure.
That frameset looks so versatile.
I have a Centaur gruppo that is just itching for a build and this may be a fantastic pick for my wife.
Please include photos on one of the appropriate subforums, as I am quite interested.
Congrats on your choice.
