Ishiwata 017 bike for 90euros!

Hey guys, I've found this ride for sale here http://torresvedras.olx.pt/bicicleta...-iid-436907539
Its a Ishiwata 017 frame, this is the first time I see one, but for what I've searched looks like a good frame!
What you think about this? Its a good buy for 90 euros?
