Yeah, all five of them are on, two of them stripped but they're tighter than the rest so they won't fall apart. I've got another five from my old chainrings that I can use, and I've ordered some replacements already.

I'm just not sure about the drilling process though, and I think it'll be a bit tricky because the back screw needs to be held when drilling, so it seems like it's gonna be a two-person job

And just to put it in the public domain: looking around on how tight chainring bolts should be, responses range from "tight enough" or "finger tight" to a bit more scientific 5-10Nm. Now in the Specialized installation guide they said 9.8Nm, but the threads started to strip at around about half of that, so makes me think 5Nm would be more or less ideal.
