Nice frame. I think you might be stuck with a a quill stem... or should I say you'd be better off stuck with a quill stem on that one.
If I owned it, I'd go with a Nitto technomic quill stem, Nitto bars, Rivendell Silver downtube shifters, Sugino cranks.. that sort of thing.
It would make a nice "all arounder".
