If you have ridden the bike enough to wear out the freewheel you have gotten your moneys worth. Go buy a new one. If you have a freewheel causing problems because of lack of maintenance or oil, flush it out with degreaser and cleaner, relube it and hope for the best. If the internal bearings are crap it will wobble and shift all by itself. Once again, get a new one.
