A little confused by the others, as they are just frames with 'free other parts' or whatever he said. Are you looking for your first bike, or a good frame to convert?

either way that nishiki doesn't seem like a bad deal. I'd buy a brake, and foot retention though..
It wouldn't be my first, I have a fixed gear vilano right now, Just looking to upgrade a little. Something a little more "better" I guess.
I will definitely put a brake on it, I would never ride brake-less, I have a friend who lost his face from not having brakes, couldn't stop in time.
I also have some foot retention's here that I no longer use.
But I was liking that one for sure, so I am most likely going to go see it Wednesday and possibly nab it from him if its as good as he says, and it looks in the pictures.
I appreciate your response, Thanks.
