I was actually thinking of skipping the crowds and everything then organizing our own bikeforums NYC century later in the month. the green route markers are going to be on the road for at least 2-3 months. I know last year we were able to ride the route a full 8 months afterwards by following the route markers.
Like I said, I would totally go if I wasn't doing the century on sunday.
I do like the idea of rounding up BF folks to do the route again in a few weeks though.
