There seems to be occasional clean up/touch-up work being done, but functionally, it seems to be done. The oddest thing to me about the project is the NUMBER of benches out there, they really could have saved a little money and put in fewer benches.

I look forward to the end of this year when Stoneridge gets completed and one more P-town route to Livermore opens, we'll see how well that route works.
