I'd go Centaur everything including a pre-2007 Centaur square taper crank. I just set up my son's new* Ti bike this way and it works a treat.
The recent Shimano cranksets are just visually wrong, doubly so on a Campag. equipped bike.
* New to him. I've been riding it for 4 years.
