From what I've learned, the Tamarack was a 1984 only model in the Mountain Tour line. It was the middle model of the series, and got replaced with the Seneca in 1985, which had standard mountain bike wheels (26", ISO 559). Why did the Tamarack come with 650B? I'm not sure. I do know that Schwinn offered one or two random models in 650B during this era.
