Says right on the headbadge, it's a Coppi, more accurately Fausto Coppi. Yup it's Italian thoroughbred. He started producing bikes in 1958 but died in 1960, but the rights were sold to another person who then had a Ciocc builder make the bikes at which time they were named Coppi Campionissimo...the one you reference to on E-bay, though I'm not sure of the exact year of that model probably mid 70's. These bikes are highly valuable to collectors if it's all original of course, that one looks to have been restored and repainted even though the seller says it was barely used.
