There are lots of crappy riders out there riding over their head. For those that hurt others, they have to pay.
I have a motorcycle license and used to ride regularly before I sold my bike when my daughter was born.
In my state, you have to complete a 3 day class (classroom & riding) to get your endorsement.
One of the things that is constantly drilled into you is how to corner.
I can tell you 100% that the cyclist in the vid had no idea what he was doing.
Like Campag said, if you're too hot, you stay low side - up until the point where you lay the bike down because that is preferable to riding it out & crashing.
But the vid rider wasn't even that hot... he could have leaned in and counter-steered his way inside the cyclists.
Instead, he panicked, sat up, then hit his brake which forced him to the outside and straight into them. Stupid a$$hat.
