I might go with a 3 speed set up somehow. I live in the hills at the moment and need all the range I can get but I'm moving to RI this summer where they say it's flat. So I'm holding off on any gearing decisions till the summer.
Conceptually I like the pulley to derailler thing but the Huret is a stiff derailler and might overpower the poor pulley before too long.
Too bright and fresh? But I used the dirtiest white tape I could find.
