I have no idea how Campy 8-speed Ergo works with Shimano 8-speed. You're on your own, there. But here's what I learned about Shimano 11-speed wheels.

The 11-speed Shimano cassette is 1.85 mm wider than the 10-speed and Shimano says spacers will be available to mate the new wheels with 8-, 9-, and 10-speed Shimano cassettes.

Actually, I have a fuzzy memory of failing to mate a SRAM cassette to a 6700 wheel that was 10-speed only--that is, too narrow for 8- and 9-speed.
