Why?

What's wrong with a tool on the end of a 1" combination wrench, like the park tool? You need about 1/10th a turn of torque.

Or, get a hold of this guy- http://www.abbeybikeworks.com/?page_id=119

Or, get a 3/8F, 1/2M socket adapter.
