I go to the gym in the basement of the skyscraper I work in. It can be considered...."decent." In other words, mostly machines, freeweights, and aerobic equipment. Gets the job done though. Funny though, some of my jersey's from last season I wear used to be loose in the arms. Now they are tight. Guess my arm work is paying off. Only gained a lb or two too, and look much more overall healthy.
