I just purchased my first bike with an internal hub (nexus 5) and it's great but the 4th and 5th gears keep skipping on me. They switch fine but if I stop and start pedaling it makes that grinding noise. It also jumps to try and get in the right gear every now and then. The 1st 2nd and 3rd gears are fine. Should I play with the barrel adjuster? If so twist it left or right? I'd take it in for the free adjustment but where I purchased the bike is 40mins away and at the moment I can't get to the shop there.
