Jack Taylor Tour of Britain #7338

After a crash and tearing the bike down three years ago I finally decided to reassemble this bike. I bought the frame new from Fulton Street Cycles in San Francisco in 1978. First step was to get the frame set up to check the alignment. I was worried it may have been damaged in the crash (although the paint was unscathed except for a few tiny chips) and I suppose the fear that it may have been tweaked kept me from putting it back together. Anyway, the frame checked out perfectly true; all that was required was to realign the derailleur hanger. She rides wonderfully!

I don't have the software to adjust the photos so I can post them here so see the link below. The paint, stripping and transfers are all original. Many of the components are also. My comments with the photos tell what has been replaced. Enjoy.
