Yo Zilla, how did you go about job interviews at bike shops when you were first getting into mechanic jobs? And what would you look for now if you were going to hire a new guy at your shop. I have my first job interview as a mechanic on Thursday. I'm just scared because you know I don't know everything and I ask jackass questions some times but i'm willing to try my best to keep learning. If you can offer any advice just let me know. Edit: I asked and made sure it was okay I never worked at a shop before and she told me it's okay as long as I have a mechanic sense and know about bb's, brakes, headsets and derailleurs. I just feel a little bit overwhelmed and don't want to blow this good opportunity because i'm so nervous and undermine my mechanic ability.
