yeah that 3/4 finish looked awful. that's such a weird race, because it's so well done, but the finish is way too fast and dangerous. couple that with the fact that nothing stays away and you've got a recipe for disaster (see: last years p123 race, this years 3/4 race). at least there's free ice cream?

but yeah, the p123 race was tough. i haven't really been training, but it seemed like we hit it hard from the gun. that back stretch into the head wind was tough. completely strung out just struggling to stay on the wheel.
