The subject bicycle appears to be a circa 1986 Miele Nova. The fork decal is the standard Miele fork decal not Reynolds. This model used a Ishiwata Mangy main triangle with presumibly hi-tensile stays and forks. It's not one of the lower hi-tensile frames, as they used 27" wheels, not 700C. The derailleurs appear to be the correct Shimano Z-series. It's a very tall frame and I'd be concerned about the proper fit given the extremely short replacement stem. $250 is too high for an average market but not for a major metropolitan area like Montreal, Toronto or Vancouver.
