I agree no way that fits someone 5' 11". You might be able to ride it but doing so safely is not possible.
It might just be me but something looks cheap about this. I know Miele made bikes of different levels, as well as vaccum cleaners, but this looks on the low end to me, like a Strada or Absolute. Is that a Z series RD?
