I would guess to as well. Like I said, one was cake. The other was a fit and a half. I usually do one bead side on, tube in, inflate a little, lever the other on. Sometimes it takes a little more pressure, but for the most part works ok. One thing I did notice was how stiff the actual tread of the tire was so it couldn't curve around the tube and instead seemed to push it out over and over. I would hope that means less flats! But, we'll see.
