Yeah, because the type of lock the bicycle was wearing and how it was wearing it has nothing to do with it being stolen.



Funny... I deal with a lot of people who have had bicycles stolen and guess what ?

I normally ask what kind of lock they were using and the circumstances surrounding the theft and also tell them that although every lock can be defeated, some are better than others.

I don't think it should be expected for theft victims to post reward notices and a description of their lock and agree that getting the bicycle back is most important.
