Mine works fine, just haven't had time to really explore its features , Besides : speed, cadence, distance, time, temp, average speed, ( plus have it all set up for my bike ) .. Did you purchase the cadence sensor, and or heart monitor ?
That's the reason I got it was because you had one!
I had bought the 305 back when I was only running and had the heart monitor but never got the cadence sensor. After scanning over DC Rainmaker's review I figured I'd go ahead and get the 500 plus I like the garmin connect. I got the sensor & monitor in the whole package. Just made a couple of rides with it today and it operates similar to the 305. If you haven't yet check out DC's in depth review.
