Moving average (The other average is too depressing) on the Garmin.
Mind you at my speeds (dadgum hills, I tells ya), it makes no real difference — it's just there if I want to challenge myself, which is most of the time, when I'm not rehabbing some injury. The improvements and de-provements are incremental usually.
