My general rule about upgrading is that there are better uses for your money unless you're really in love with the frame, you already have the parts or you have a sources for parts that are significantly less expensive than MSRP, you have most of the tools and the time to do this project yourself, and you acknowledge that this investment will probably never pay off monetarily.
