A bicycle is not a jigsaw puzzle that you can just put together in the right order. Assembly is done after inspecting for any parts that need to be replaced and then parts are adjusted or tightened properly with proper lubrication where required. There is plenty of guidance available, particularly from sheldonbrown.com and parktool.com/blog, so there's is no point in writing out paragraphs of explanation when the procedures have already been laid out in detail. Videos are available as well, but focus on the two sources I mentioned.
You're not finishing the rebuild, but rather just starting the hard part.
Well I got everything inspected and checked and replaced what I had to and like you said, now the hard part comes. But I am just taking my time and doing one step at a time.
