Recovery time
First the current shape and goal: Out of shape (well round is a shape), goal ride longer rides as a decent pace.
So I normally only get one long ride a week. I push myself to my limit not fast, but as far as my body will take me. Rear hurts first, then wrists, arms, then knees, then I make it back to my starting location. The next day I am sore, knees, legs, back and butt.
This week, I rode yesterday. There is a possibility I can ride tomorrow. Will I have enough recovery time for a long ride or ....should I plan to do something else?
