Filed my complaint with Amazon and they sent a link to fill out a report.
I was able to copy & paste the last email from Customised Bikes, which showed the "conversations".
I stated they should be required to complete the order, since it was their mistake. (Amazon or Customised Bikes- I don't care which)
Amazon won't disclose the "results" of the investigation.
My gut feeling is they won't do anything except tell me what a valuable customer I am and how important I am to them
