I would fear that pursuit of this issue will screw the little guy. Amazon holds all the cards. I would let it drop. The same thing happened to me with a small shop I bought from, through Amazon. They called me to correct things, and I understood that they couldn't afford to honor the listed price on any kind of volume. Mistakes happen. It doesn't seem right to profit from this.
