I had a similar issue a short time back where I ordered a bag of 5 cassette spacers from AEBike.
They sent 1.
When I emailed them about it, they admitted the same kind of mistake.
Only they said to keep the one I received No Charge!
I was more than happy with that and WOULD have been willing to pay 20% of the charge for 20% of the order.
I WILL buy from them again!

Customised Bikes FAILED to step up to the plate and are trying to worm their way out.
IF the "small guy" is going to be stupid or misadvertize, they can consider it "educational" when they deal with the consequence.
