It does not have the traditional and desirable seat post bolt location, ahead of the seat tube and below the top tube. It has the more modern graphics but they are incomplete. It appears as though somebody found a old Legnano head badge and riveted it in place. The frame itself looks boom era, so it may well be a repaint with post boom decals. I see what appears to be stamped dropouts, so is it probably an entry level, hi-tensile frameset. I don't have appreciastion of C&V prices in Argentina but I would not pay that in an average North American market.
