Saddle position, saddle angle, handlebar position, plain bars, no plugs in the bars, no foot retention ... and the previously mentioned tiny stem and stupid rims. As a styling exercise, it's probably okay (I don't like that style personally so I'm only guessing) but as something you'd actually ride

It does have brakes front and rear - gotta give him credit for that.
