as others are saying
unless you have tires that are identical in every way except width
then there is no way to predict the effect of chaing tires on wear

but if you did have tires that were identical except for width
then yes they would wear at different rates
but again not easy to quantify bacause the way a wide soft tire interacts with the ground is different from the way a hard narrow tire does
