Some of you apparently have GP4000s tires that are more puncture resistant than mine. I like them, mainly for their cornering grip. And they get decent mileage for a 'race' tire. But I find their puncture resistance to be fairly average.

Some people think they feel dead or unresponsive and while it doesn't bother me, I can understand the complaint. For me it is more of a quiet and secure feeling.

And as I said earlier, I still like and use them for a good chunk of my riding, but there are other tires that fit some people and situations better.
