come on- that thing is easy to make in less then 1o minutes with simple handtools and a drill.

You would also need to know how to use a tap.
This is not a piece I would purchase... I keep all kinds of metal stock on hand for things like this and it would not take long to build up although brazing it to the frame is another matter,
